Before JY Bread House, our founders were just normal salaried employees working long hours, always complaining behind their boss (in front let boss scold, behind scold back boss). They thought starting a business is easy haha, so they naively started JY Bread House on 11 March 2019, renting a small shoplot on Lorong Batu Nilam 21B, Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2, Klang.
Haiz, customers complained this, complained that.. The founders only know how to make bread and cakes. You think they know anything about QA/QC? how to ensure staff follow the company quality standards? how to talk to customers? Aiyo, last time they worked in kitchen from morning till night, the only thing they talked to is "roti".
But because they already invested so much money, cannot U-turn, so the only way left is up!
In May 2025, we are pindah-ing to a new place, at 4, Lorong Sanggul 1B, Bandar Puteri, 41200 Port Klang. (10 mins drive from old location, or 15 mins if you drive very very slow la).
The new shop will have less retail space, but much much bigger kitchen for making better cakes and breads. If you free, come smell our bread, but no poking the bread but can smell.
