Order Acceptance Policy

All orders and other requests received are subject to acceptance by JY Bread House Sdn Bhd /  JY Bread House ("JY Bread House"), and any of its personnel reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without providing reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.

Delivery of Your Order

We provide same-day deliveries for orders confirmed before 5:00 PM (also subject to the availability of our partnering 3rd party delivery companies). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the following day or any other day as selected by the customer at checkout.

Changes to Your Order

To make changes to your order, please contact us at support@jybreadhouse.com or via phone (Mon-Sun, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM). We will try our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but we can only guarantee them if requested at least 24 hours before the intended delivery date.

Cancellation Policy

• For advance orders: Cancellations made by 12:00 PM one (1) day before the delivery date will be refunded as store credit, valid for 12 months.
• For same-day orders: These are processed immediately, and cancellations may not be possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can reschedule or issue store credit valid for 12 months.

Product and Substitution Policy

All products are subject to availability. If supply issues arise, we will contact the sender. For specific requests, please call us or email, and we will try to accommodate them.

Prices and Additional Charges

Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges are usually included in the product's price.

Delivery Policy

• Deliveries are available Monday through Sunday. Timed deliveries are not available. While we strive for punctuality, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to courier issues or other circumstances beyond our control. If a delivery location is too remote or unreachable, we will contact you for a refund or cancellation.
• Orders that were unsuccessfully delivered due to no response by the recipient during the allocated time will be forfeited and no refund will be provided. Please make sure the recipient address and contact number are correct to ensure the smooth delivery. 

Mishandled or Damaged Products

• All our cakes will be thoroughly checked and packed before they are delivered out. It will be delivered to clients through 3rd party. But, in any rare occasions that accidents do happen to the product, or there different items are sent by mistake, kindly take a snapshot of the item and WhatsApp us.
• If it was mishandled by our company, we will then do our best to compensate you with a replacement of any cakes available here with equal value or if there is any need to make refund, it will take 3–7 business days for us to process the refund upon receiving the complete and accurate banking details.

Non-Delivery

If your order does not arrive, contact us immediately at support@jybreadhouse.com. We will offer a replacement or refund. Refund timelines follow the same procedure as above.

We aim to delight every customer and recipient. If anything isn’t right, contact us—we want to make it right.

Return and Refunds Policy

To maintain food safety and hygiene, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a product issue. Issues must be reported within 6 hours with supporting photos. Refunds take 3–7 business days, but banks may require up to 30 days.

Offers and Coupon Codes

Offers and discounts are valid only during the stated promotion period. Prices at the time of purchase are final. Offers may change or end without prior notice. Discounts and coupon codes cannot be combined unless stated. Most introductory offers are for new users and one-time use only.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Adverse Weather Conditions:
We are not liable for late deliveries due to weather disruptions (e.g., heavy rain, flooding).

Force Majeure:
JY Bread House is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, riots, government actions, power outages, equipment failure, or industrial actions.

Please ensure that all personal and delivery information provided is accurate. We value your privacy and do not rent, sell, or share your information.
